Nitten is an accredited Leadership Presence facilitator with the Ariel Group where he works with various industries. His passion is mindfulness-based training for well-being and emotional intelligence, be-spoke theatre based interventions and helping sales staff to connect better, listen to understand and build trust. He also runs a non-profits that aims to take mindfulness training to foster homes, orphanages, low income communities and sports.

He has trained over 30,000 people in leadership skills, selling skills, and professional and personal development areas. 


He has worked in and consulted to over 20 different industries.


He has physically worked in 14 different countries across the world and still counting.


He is the co-author of “Strategic Connections – The New Face of Networking in a Collaborative World”  released worldwide in 2015. He is featured in the book “50 Unsung Business Heroes Volume 2” released in March 2019.


He is an accredited NeuroBusiness Coach through NeuroBusinessGroup at Harvard University - Cambridge, MA.
