His goal as a facilitator and coach is to help people and organizations realize greater success by coaching individuals to be better leaders and communicators. Nitten has worked in the areas of Public Speaking & Communication, Sales, Stress Management, Voice culture & Expression, Team Building, Leadership, Unconscious Bias, Mentoring and Motivation. So far, Nitten has addressed people in various organizations like HPCL, John Deere, Airtel, Aon Hewitt, Ernst & Young, HSBC, Adani Power, Accenture, Edelweiss, Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd, Max New York Life Insurance, JSW Steel, Royal Bank Of Scotland and various educational institutions.

 

Nitten is an accredited Leadership Presence facilitator with the Ariel Group where he works with various industries. His passion is mindfulness-based training for well-being and emotional intelligence, be-spoke theatre based interventions and helping sales staff to connect better, listen to understand and build trust. He also runs a non-profits that aims to take mindfulness training to foster homes, orphanages, low income communities and sports.
