Summary



Scott Clift brings extensive experience in business development (sales), management and organisation development in his role as Director, The Ariel Group Australasia. In collaboration with George Abramowicz and André Alphonso, Scott established The Ariel Group’s Australian business.  Scott is responsible for the strategic account and relationship management for a wide variety of clients from within the corporate and key industry sectors for the business. With a passion for both learning and serving his customers, he enjoys working collaboratively to help organisations implement their business strategies and engage their employees.

 

Experience

Nitten has worked in the areas of Public Speaking & Communication, Sales, Stress Management, Voice culture & Expression, Team Building, Leadership, Unconscious Bias, Mentoring and Motivation. So far, Nitten has addressed people in various organizations like HPCL, John Deere, Airtel, Aon Hewitt, Ernst & Young, HSBC, Adani Power, Accenture, Edelweiss, Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd, Max New York Life Insurance, JSW Steel, Royal Bank Of Scotland and various educational institutions.

 

Nitten is an accredited Leadership Presence facilitator with the Ariel Group where he works with various industries. His passion is mindfulness-based training for well-being and emotional intelligence, be-spoke theatre based interventions and helping sales staff to connect better, listen to understand and build trust. He also runs a non-profits that aims to take mindfulness training to foster homes, orphanages, low income communities and sports.
