Summary
Shayne has worked extensively in the corporate and government sectors as a facilitator, actor, and performance coach for the past 15 years and has been a professional actor for more than 20 years. She coaches behavioral strategies in presence, constructive communication, performance feedback, and the leader as coach. She’s passionate about connection, and strives to have fun, put people at ease, and build trust. She shares insights and observations with warmth and humor and coaches to build presence and confidence in a meaningful and lasting way.
Experience
Shayne has developed broad organizational agility through working with a wide range of businesses over the years. Some clients include: University of Technology Sydney, ANZ Bank, Red Bubble, Yarra Valley Council Department of Health, Toyota, Railcorp, Citipower, Stellar Asia Pacific, Viva Telstra, PWC, HSBC, Procter & Gamble, and Bunnings.
She is also an associate producer for Real Play Media. She has extensive experience producing independent theater and individual events and spent five years as Functions Manager of the Briars Country Lodge. Shayne co-founded the company Actcess and coordinated their residential acting courses. Before studying acting Shayne worked in the media, first in advertising and then as a journalist. She was the voluntary Melbourne Branch Manager of the charity The Footpath Library for four years.
Background
Vipul completed his Executive Coaching Certification Program from Teachers College, Columbia University, NY. Vipul is a certified Master Coach and Psychodrama Director (CP), he completed his Diploma in Transactional Analysis and Advanced Gestalt Therapy Techniques. Vipul is also a Neuro Linguistic Programming certified practitioner and has been trained in Theatre Based Facilitation techniques. Vipul is an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Managements Studies, India.
Vipul has acted on stage for the last decade. In 2021, he acted in a “Whatsapp” Commercial in 2021 which is aired on National Television in India. In 2020, he won an Outstanding Achievement Award at the LA International Film Festival (Indie Short Fest) in the Supporting Actor Category for a short film called Kohhra (Fog). Prior to that, he acted in a short film for Amity School of Film and Drama and featured in a full-length feature film called Bombay Boys. As a Drama Faculty to schools, he wrote, directed, and facilitated plays/workshops for school children in India. He has completed a course in ‘Writing for Drama’ from the University of Oxford and is a trained and certified actor from Barry John acting Studio and Jeff Goldberg Studio.
