The Client

A multinational professional services firm operates as a network of member firms which are separate legal entities in individual countries. It has over 200,000 employees in over 700 offices around 150 countries in the world. It provides assurance (including financial audit), tax, consulting and advisory services to companies.

The Challenge

Once a year a particular group of people who work together but are dispersed over the Australian geography get together to share insights and new developments. Some of these colleagues were pretty assertive and others were not that forthcoming with their point of view although they had valuable insights and ideas to express to the wider group.


It is much easier to sit and listen rather than say something and get challenged.

 

The Solution

We developed a custom program based on Presence: Value Proposition, creating a solution that looked at how to:

  •     Articulate the unique value they bring to their organisation or project;
  •     Influence others and communicate successfully with senior managers and senior-level clients;
  •     Leverage specific aspects of their personal presence through an action plan for continued development.

The huge shift in personal comfort and courage as well as the additional value of building a strong supportive team, was the result.
